• Bulletin Board Focus Groups
  engage participants in threaded discussions with an easy to use tabbed interface. Multiple topics for each group and tabs for each topic can be created. Images, media, image sorts and websites can be embedded into discussions. Moderators are provided with a matrix view of user participation and can highlight responses for individual users across any topic. Download group transcripts at any time in multiple formats.

  allow participants to complete pre-defined journal pages with any number of open ended questions – one line, essay type or image-descriptions. Comments can be posted by moderators or back room clients (not visible to participants) for each entry.

  code participant responses to a customizable set of categories and sub-categories. Annotate coded responses and filter coded data by individual participant, discussion forums or by user attributes (coming soon).   give participants a chance to say it like it is! Participants can be given the option to login to the website to make entries or email them in. Images and multimedia can be attached to any entry. The ability to approve/reject entries by the moderator and to post comments by moderators, clients and participants enrich the experience.

Create simple to complex surveys with over 15 question formats, option randomization, response validation and page skip patterns.
