The heart of FocusForums is its highly flexible Discussions module, where moderators can engage with Participants one-on-one or in groups. Participants can post their responses from any computer asynchronously -- when it's convenient for them -- using words, images, video, audio, or links.
The intuitive tab-styled interface makes it easy for users to navigate from question to question. Tabs can contain images, video, audio and advanced tools for qualitative co-creation or projective exercises, such as easy-to-customize Image Galleries for picture sorting, and Concept Boards that participants can mark up online.
User responses posted can include images, video and many other common file types. Users can also notify moderators should they have any follow-up questions.
Discussions can be conducted in group, one-on-one and blinded/masked modes to reduce group bias. Moderators can segment participants into subgroups on the fly for to deep-dive on special topics or teamwork exercises.
User Activity reports and Transcripts can be downloaded on demand in Text, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel formats.
